Nikki McClendon
Therapeutic Massage LLC
Business Policies
It is my intention to provide clients with professional and therapeutic services; the following policies and procedures serve as a guide for first-time and repeating clients. I strongly believe that your time is valuable and will make every attempt to be ready for your appointment at the scheduled time with a commitment to provide a unique and outstanding experience.
Arrival to Your Scheduled Massage Appointment
Please arrive for your appointment
10-15 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time:
-to fill out the appropriate client forms (new clients)
-to update me on your current therapeutic needs
-to change and prepare for the service
This allows for a relaxed and unhurried experience.
Late Arrival Policy
Late arrivals may not receive extension of scheduled appointments. Your treatment will end at the specified time regardless of how late you arrive. In special cases, and only when the schedule allows, we may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. Full payment will be required for your scheduled service. If appointments are cancelled due to late arrival, your appointment will fall under the cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy
Please provide at least 24 hour notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. If a client fails to cancel within 24 hours, half of the service fee will be charged. "No Shows" will be charged the full amount of the scheduled treatment. It’s understandable that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life… Please call if you cannot keep your appointment.
Respect for Client Needs and Confidentiality
Massage Therapy is a profession in which the practitioner applies manual techniques, and may apply adjunctive therapies with the intention of positively affecting the health and well-being of the client. At any time during your session I will be happy to adjust pressure, temperature, or musical volume at your request. Also, all client visits and conditions are treated as confidential. As such, your visit will not be discussed with anybody without your express permission.
Existing and New Medical Conditions
It is the responsibility of the client to keep the massage therapist informed of any changes in health and/or medical treatment currently being taken.
If you have any questions about the above information, please call
